We carry a variety of products in our store. Toy products intended for use by a child 12 years of age or younger meet the applicable safety standards and requirements established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for children’s products. All other products we sell are subject to the general safety requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) that apply broadly to consumer products.
Many of the products we sell are not intended for young children. Per manufacturer guidelines, these products are intended for use by individuals 15 years of age or older, and contain small parts, sharp edges, or points that make them unsuitable for younger children. Always check individual product packaging for the manufacturer’s specific age recommendations and warnings, as these may vary by item.
We take product safety seriously. We monitor CPSC recalls and safety notices affecting the products we carry. If a product is subject to a recall or safety notice, we will remove it from sale and notify affected customers as required by law.
Before using a product, customers should:
- Review product packaging, age recommendations, warnings, and instructions.
- Use products only for their intended purpose.
- Provide appropriate supervision, particularly for products used by minors.

For California Residents Regarding Proposition 65: Proposition California’s Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide a warning when a product may expose consumers in California to chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, above certain threshold levels. Proposition 65 does not prohibit the sale of these products — it requires disclosure.
Where applicable, specific Proposition 65 warnings are provided on the product page for the relevant item. For more information regarding CA Prop 65, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
