Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Order Processing: Our goal is to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur if there is an issue with your payment or if your shipping address cannot be validated. Please note: For security purposes, we currently ship to billing addresses only.
Order Fulfillment: To ensure total accuracy, orders are triple-checked and multiple photos are taken during the fulfillment process prior to dispatch.
Delivery & Signatures: The shipping carrier may request a signature upon delivery. While we work to get your package to you promptly, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, or FedEx Ground, depending on total order value, weight, item size, and destination. We select the most appropriate carrier for your address.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Contiguous United States: 2–7 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: 7–14 business days.
- Military APO/FPO Addresses: 7–30 business days (subject to additional transit and military postal handling delays).
Lost & Damaged Packages: All shipments are insured against loss and damage. If your package arrives damaged, you must retain the damaged item and all original packaging until the carrier claim has been fully processed. Please contact us immediately if you experience an issue.
