Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets. We do not accept payments sent by mail.
Order Verification & Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails our fraud review process or is submitted with an invalid or unreachable email address.
Billing & Charging Schedule: Our system is configured to charge your payment method only once per order, and we do not process the actual charge until your order officially ships
Pending Authorizations & Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails, your card issuer may still place a temporary authorization hold for the order amount. Please note that this is an authorization hold—not an actual charge—and we are unable to manually reverse pending holds on failed transaction.
Payment Declines: Your payment will automatically decline if your Address Verification System (AVS) code, CVV security code, or billing name does not match the information on file with your card issuer.
